England Supporters Travel Club '26 to '28 is now live

Applications for the England Supporters Travel Club 2026–2028 are now open.

As we look ahead to UEFA EURO 2028 on home soil, the next Travel Club cycle will once again give members priority access to England away matches, tournament ticket ballots and exclusive home match ticket benefits. The link to join is at the bottom of this page, but we kindly ask that you read all the information below before joining.

In anticipation of the upcoming membership cycle, and following consultation and feedback from supporters and the Football Supporters’ Association (FSA), there will be some new rules introduced for the new cycle as we continue working to ensure the membership remains fair, transparent and rewarding for England supporters.
 
The new rules/updates touch on the following items and are outlined in full further down in this article:

- Minimum number of caps needed to be eligible in an oversubscribed away match ballot
- Minimum number of caps needed to be eligible in an oversubscribed tournament match ballot
- 5000 additional £25 tickets available for ESTC members during the priority sale window
- Confirmation that the home match anti-touting policy will officially continue after a successful trial

Why join the England Supporters Travel Club?

The England Supporters Travel Club is the official away supporter membership for England, and the only way to access tickets to follow the team everywhere they go. Whether it's a qualifier in Europe, an International in a new city or at major tournaments, ESTC membership provides exclusive access to apply for away match and tournament tickets, giving members the opportunity to follow England around the world.

But being a member isn't just about away games and tournaments.

For many supporters, home fixtures are the most accessible way to follow England in person, and ESTC membership is designed to make that as affordable and accessible as possible. Members receive exclusive early access to England home fixtures through priority sales windows, giving them the first and best opportunity to secure the cheapest tickets.

Within those windows, members benefit from a guaranteed £5 discount on tickets, as well as exclusive access to a significant allocation of £25 price capped tickets. This is the most affordable way to watch England at Wembley, available only to Travel Club members.

Please note that the £25 ticket offer excludes UEFA Euro 2028 fixtures, whereby ticket pricing is dictated by UEFA. These tickets are located on the east side of the stadium in ‘The Home End’, covering both the lower tier seating behind the goal and the licensed standing areas on Level 5 above.

In addition, members will continue to earn two 'Caps' for every qualifying, Nations League or international fixture attended, helping build priority for future away fixtures and tournament ballots throughout the cycle.

Members will also benefit from increased access and exclusive content perks as part of England's highest membership tier, including signed shirt give-aways, mascot opportunities, the chance to play on the pitch at Wembley, fan forums, open training sessions and more.

Whether you plan to follow England at Wembley, on the road or away from home, the England Supporters Travel Club remains the best way to access tickets at the best available prices.

Membership Pricing

We are pleased to confirm that membership pricing for the 2026–2028 cycle has been frozen at the previous cycle's cost.

Renewing Members (members of the 2024–2026 ESTC who renew before 25 September 2026):

• Adult: £65
• Junior (U16): £20

New Members:

• Adult: £85
• Junior (U16): £35

Please note: all members who renew will enter the sign-up process as a 'new' user. However, at the end, and before you pay, you will be presented with the renewal prices.

Policy Changes for 2026–2028

Away Match Eligibility

For oversubscribed away fixtures, members must hold a minimum of six active caps to be eligible in the ballot.

‘Second chance sales’, i.e. the sale which takes place after all members who were successful in the ballot have had the opportunity to purchase their guaranteed ticket, will be open to all remaining ESTC members, regardless of if they had initially registered interest, who meet the six caps or more threshold.

This is a change from previous cycles, where there was no minimum caps requirement, and any active ESTC member could enter the ballot regardless of their caps total.

This new requirement will apply to all members, including renewing members and new joiners. Renewal and Bonus caps do count towards your active caps total.

Please note: The away match ballot calculator within ‘Your Profile’ will be in the process of being updated to reflect these changes over the summer.

Tournament Eligibility

For tournament ballots during this membership cycle, ballots will be conducted in the following manner.

For example, if we had 10,000 tickets to a match, and 15,000 members register their interest:

-70% of the allocation (i.e. 7000) would be allocated to the registered members with the highest number of active caps

-20% of the allocation will be balloted to those who fall out of the top 70% and who have been to at least four home and two away matches in the last membership cycle (typically, members who meet this criteria are either absorbed within the top 70% or do not make up enough to allocate 20%)

-10% (+the left over unallocated from the 20% ballot) balloted to members who do not meet the above two criteria and who have a minimum of nine active caps

-If after the above there are tickets remaining to allocate, members who have between two active caps and eilght active caps will be entered into the ballot

-If you are on fewer than two active caps, and there are tickets remaining to allocate, you will be entered into the ballot.

Nine active caps is the equivalent of four home and/or away games attended plus a renewal cap, or five home and/or away games accumulated since May 2024.

Please note that the first fixture in which caps could be earned during the 2024–2026 cycle was Republic of Ireland away on 7 September 2024.

This approach is designed from supporter feedback and to ensure a fairer opportunity for those in the middle and entry tiers of the membership who have invested time and money following the team over the last four years.

Ticket Checks

Following a successful trial period, the attendance verification process introduced during the March 2025 fixtures will now become an ongoing part of ESTC memberships moving forward. Under the system, a small number of members may be selected either at random or through intelligence-led checks and asked to verify their attendance in person at the ticket office on matchday using photo ID.

The process is designed to help tackle ticket misuse, unofficial transfers and the accumulation of caps without attendance, while protecting the fairness and integrity of the ESTC caps system for genuine travelling England supporters.

To be clear, our aim is not to punish people who cannot attend a one-off match, but to catch repeat offenders who 'play' the system and benefit from it.  A further update on how this will work will be published ahead of the first home match at Wembley in the new cycle.

Active Caps?

As usual, active caps run on a four-year rolling basis, this means that when we enter into a tournament ballot, we are considering all caps earned in the current cycle and the one before it.  When a new membership opens, caps earned from year one and two are no longer active.

I.e., when the 2026 to 2028 Road to UEFA Euro 2028 membership opens, all caps earned during the 2022 to 2024 Road to UEFA Euro 2024 will no longer be active.

The highest caps total, i.e. a Top Capper, will now have a total of 42 caps when the next cycle opens.

Members will continue to earn:

• Two caps for every qualifying, Nations League or friendly fixture attended home and away
• One renewal cap for renewing members
• One additional bonus cap for supporters entering their third consecutive membership cycle (2022-24, 2024-26, and 2026-28)
  
  

The Bonus Cap

The Bonus Cap will continue for members renewing for a third consecutive membership cycle.

For example, if you were a member during the 2022–2024 and 2024–2026 cycles and renew again for 2026–2028, you will receive an additional bonus cap added to your active caps total.

Please note that the bonus cap may not immediately appear within your attended matches history.

How long will the 2026–2028 Membership run for? 

The 2026–2028 England Supporters Travel Club will run until the final of UEFA Euro 2028 on 9 July 2028.  Applications to the membership may close before this date.


Digital Membership Cards

All members who join will receive a digital membership card.  Digital membership cards will begin to be processed in August 2026.

Membership Cap

The England Supporters Travel Club 2026–2028 membership will have a maximum capacity of 40,000 members.

All existing 34k members from the 2024–2026 cycle will have the opportunity to renew their membership.

There will also be space for up to 6,000 places for new members to join. A new member is defined as an individual who was not an active ESTC member for the 2024-2026 membership cycle.
